Nature of AI-Generated Output

The GenieWorks / Genie Suite services (Sourcing Genie, SOW Genie, Invoice Genie) use artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate Output from the Inputs you submit. Output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your purposes.

Human Review Required

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and independently evaluating all Output before relying on it. You must keep a qualified person in the loop and must not use Output as the sole basis for any legally or financially significant decision — including executing a contract, approving a payment, selecting a supplier, or making any other procurement or finance decision — without qualified human review.

Output generated by the Services is not professional, financial, legal, accounting, tax, or procurement advice. It does not create any professional relationship between you and Buying Simplified LLC. For decisions requiring professional judgment, consult a qualified professional.
